Service Rates & Fee Structure

At Home Companions™, we provide transparent, straightforward pricing that reflects the quality of our companionship and support. Our rate structure is designed for simplicity and ease.

Hourly Rate:

• $70 per hour (minimum 2-hour visit)

Additional Loadings:

• Night Shifts (6 pm to 8 am):

  • 25% loading for services between 6 pm and 10 pm

  • 40% loading for services between 10 pm and 8 am

• Weekend Loading:

  • 45% loading for shifts worked on Saturdays

  • 70% loading for shifts worked on Sundays

• Public Holiday Loading:

  • 130% loading for shifts on public holidays, recognising the importance of work-life balance on special days

Payment Methods

• With your booking confirmation, you'll receive a secure payment link to complete your payment conveniently online with a credit card, processed safely through Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

• No Charge: If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit.

• 25% Charge: If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

• 50% Charge: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.
