Service Rates & Fee Structure

At Home Companions™, we believe in offering flexible, fair, transparent pricing that reflects the quality of support and companionship we provide. Below are our rates based on the length of each visit:

Hourly Rates Based on Consecutive Hours:

• $70/hour – For a minimum of 2 consecutive hours

• $65/hour – For 4 consecutive hours

• $60/hour – For 6 consecutive hours or more

Please note: All bookings are per visit. Hours cannot be carried over to future visits.

Additional Charges:

• 125% surcharge – For services provided 5pm-8am

• 135% surcharge – For services on Saturdays

• 160% surcharge – For services on Sundays

• 230% surcharge – For services on public holidays

Payment Methods

We offer two convenient payment options:

• Online Store: Secure credit card payments can be made through our online store in advance.

• Cash on Arrival: If not paid online, payment must be made in cash at the beginning of each visit.

• Pre Deposit: We offer a flexible deposit system. Clients may deposit a larger amount that we can draw from as services are rendered. You can top up the balance as needed.

All services are payable in advance, and we do not offer accounts.

Cancellation Policy

• No Charge: If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit.

• 25% Charge: If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

• 50% Charge: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.
